The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.197 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 188, 269, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the application on behalf of petitioner no.2, namely, Md. Shahrukh @ Sahrukh.
Permission is accorded.
The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34543 of 2021(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 withdrawn so far as petitioner no.2, namely, Md. Shahrukh @ Sahrukh is concerned.
So far as petitioner nos.1 and 3, namely, Md. Meraj @ Meraj Alam and Md. Pappu @ Md. Ajhar are concerned, considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against them and injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner nos. 1 and 3, namely, Md. Meraj @ Meraj Alam and Md. Pappu @ Md. Ajhar, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S.
