This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015 dated 09.04.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 409 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has informed this Court that chargesheet in this case has been submitted and the matter has been transferred to the Special Court for trial.
