JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 14.07.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in Complaint Case No. 856 of 2015, whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Section 420/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners before the trial court at the stage of framing of charge.
