====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-08-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 152 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354(B) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Bindhyachal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute there is case and counter case and both sides have sustained injuries. He further submits that the nature of injury sustained by the informant's side is simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2020 and the nature of allegation is general and omnibus.
