2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 5863 of 2025 which was dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 4 to 6, the Cr. Misc. No. 29785 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
