The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.272 of 2017 registered for offences under Sections406, 409, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
