2. Petitioner apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 137 ( 2 ), 96 and 3(5) of BNS.
3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Urmila devi alleged that on 30.11.2024 , her daughter went to class but did not return home . During search , informant learned that all the accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped her daughter. It is further alleged that when informant went to the house of co-accused Ratan Kumar then all the accused persons abused and assaulted her.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged.

No.27943 of 2025(3) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 Petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because she happens to be mother of co-accused Ratan Kumar against whom there is specific accusation of kidnapping the daughter of informant. F.I.R. has been lodged after the delay of 32 days for which there is no plausible explanation which itself creates doubt over the entire prosecution case . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM IV (W) Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025 subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
