The petitioners have filed this petition for modification of the order dated 07.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5183 of 2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 07.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5183 of 2018 but due to inadvertence the village name of the petitioners has wrongly been mentioned as Chichodhwa in place of Atari.

Considering the facts aforesaid, this modification

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17607 of 2018 (2) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 petition is allowed.

Let the order dated 07.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5183 of 2018 with regard to village name of petitioner be modified and the period of surrender of petitioners before the learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. case No. 32 of 2017 is extended for further four weeks from today.
