Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Kurtha P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014.

Although the petitioner is facing charge under section 307 IPC, but it is stated that the allegation is only of fisting and slapping the informant. It is pointed out that on submission of the charge-sheet, the learned court below has not even taken cognizance under section 307 IPC and rest of the sections in which cognizance has been taken are bailable. If that be so, the petitioner shall surrender in the court below and pray for bail which shall be considered in the light of the order taking cognizance by the learned court below and pass appropriate order in accordance with law uninfluenced by
