1. Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submits that the case is very old and he has lost contact with his client. He is also not in a position to say as to whether the petitioners have got the Matric Trained Scale or not.

2. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw this

Patna High Court CWJC No.18423 of 2015(6) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 application with liberty to file a petition, if the claim of the petitioners subsists.

3. Permission is granted.

4. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
