The present writ application is filed on behalf of the petitioner for the issuance of an appropriate writ/writs/ direction/directions to the respondents for making appointment of the petitioner on the compassionate ground as the petitioner is the son of the deceased employee and there is no source of income for the survival of the family of the deceased employee. 3.
A counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the State which is
Patna High Court CWJC No.7176 of 2022(7) dt.16-01-2025 2/2 on record. In paragraph no. 13 of the counter affidavit, it is stated that the petitioner's case for compassionate appointment could not be considered at the present time. If the vacancy so arise in future; only then the petitioner's case will be taken up. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances, State is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for the compassionate appointment when the vacancies arise in future but the case of the petitioner must be considered within three months. 5.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
