The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017 registered under Section 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as contained in Annexure 2 to the present application, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1388 of 2018 (2) dt.19-01-2018 from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
