JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,326A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner to have caused acid burn injury to the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is lady and in the background of litigated relationship the accusation has been levelled and the injury has been found to be simple in nature.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 216
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31982 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur.
