Petitioners seek bail in connection with Special Case No. 2515 of 2019 arising out of Gardanibag P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) and 34 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of these petitioners. The alleged recovery is of 30 liters of illicit country liquor. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent and are in custody since 10.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the
