JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Earlier by order dated 29.06.2015, learned counsel for the petitioners was permitted to substitute legal heirs of sole petitioner in course of the day. Though names of legal heirs of sole petitioner have been incorporated in the writ petition, the name of deceased petitioner has not been expunged from the record. At the time of singing the order dated 29.06.2015 the error was noticed. Accordingly , the Court suo motu directed for listing the case under the heading " To Be Mentioned".

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make correction in course of the day.
