The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 19.06.2013 passed by District Magistrate, Bhagalpur whereby the District Magistrate has confirmed the cancellation of appointment of the petitioner from the post of Anganwari Sevika of Koeri Tola, Gram Panchayat, Bishanpur Jichho, Block Goradih Center No. 32, Distt-Bhagalpur.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the present writ application has become infructuous in view of the fact that a fresh selection process was initiated by the Respondent for appointment of Anganwari Sevika on the vacant post by publishing the fresh advertisement and holding fresh
Patna High Court CWJC No.15960 of 2013(3) dt.17-01-2023 2/2 counselling/Aam Sabha etc. It is further stated that the petitioner did not participate in the fresh selection process. In view of the fact that somebody has been appointed on the post held by the petitioner by way of fresh selection process, this writ application becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
