This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Excise Police Station Case No.131 of 2023 (G.R. No. 202 of 2023) registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

About 320 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a car. The petitioners are in custody since 20.02.2023 and they have clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioners as well as the fact that they have clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28575 of 2023(2) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise-II, Aurangabad, in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 131 of 2023 (G.R. No. 202 of 2023).
