2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 684 of 2023, dated 02.12.2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 447/ 504/ 506/ 379/ 341/323 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioners and other co-accused persons are alleged to have taken away paddy crops from the field of the informant forcefully on the point of pistol and garasa. The petitioner no. 1 took away Rs. 10,000/- from the pocket of the informant whereas the petitioner no. 2

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner no. 1 has one criminal antecedent in which she is on bail whereas the petitioner no. 2 has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. There is a delay of four days in lodging the F.I.R. and there is no plausible explanation for the same.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of allegation against the petitioners, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 684 of 2023, subject to conditions as
