JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-04-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the first paragraph of the order dated 15.03.2019 passed in CWJC No.4760 of 2019, the registration number of the tractor and trailer has been wrongly recorded because of the mistake committed by the petitioner in the original writ petition. Learned counsel submits that the correct registration number of tractor is BR44G-8345, Chesis No.RFN106823, Engine No.RFN106823 and registration number of Trailer is BR44G-8346. It is submitted that the order dated 15.03.2019 may thus be modified by incorporating the correct registration number of the tractor and trailer.

Patna High Court MJC No.1381 of 2019(2) dt.12-04-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

In the given facts and circumstances, let in the first paragraph of the order dated 15.03.2019 the registration number of the tractor and trailer be read as BR44G-8345 and BR44G8346 respectively. The application stands disposed off.
