JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The impugned order goes to show that except confessional statement of co-accused Dilip Kumar Yadav, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. It appears that prior to the institution of the present case, the petitioner was made accused in Beur P. S. Case No. 335/18, Beur P.S.Case No. 278 of 2018 as well as present case.

Submissions on behalf of the petitioner is that when petitioner was made accused in Beur P. S. Case No. 335/18, the local police remanded the petitioner in Beur P. S. Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24606 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 278/18 as well as in the present case, without any material. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Beur P.S.
