JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2017 This writ application was filed on 19.05.2008, seeking direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to accept fee and forms of the petitioners and other similarly situated candidates for the purpose of their appearance in the ensuing Primary Teachers Training Examination, on the basis of their training course completed in the Sessions 1988-90, 1991-93, 1992-94 and 1993-95, from Millia Sir Saiyed Primary Teachers Training College, Rambag, Purnea, and allow them to appear in the examination, which was, then, going to be held by the respondent-Board. No one appears on behalf of the petitioners.

The relief sought for on behalf of the petitioners, as noted above, has apparently lost its purpose, as

Patna High Court CWJC No.8176 of 2008 (6) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 according to the petitioner, the examination was going to be held several years back.

This application stands disposed of.
