2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 07/2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, due to land dispute the parties fought and an injury has been caused to the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner no. 1 has clean antecedent and petitioner no. 2 has one criminal

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnea /concerned Court below in connection with Mohanpur P.S.
