The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1209 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Though notices were served on O.P. No.2, she has chosen not to appear.
