In this case the petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.180 of 2016 corresponding to Trial No.13 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 384, 420, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C.
Allegation has been made that the informant is a widow of an employee who was working in the office of Collectorate. There was negotiation for sale of Khata No.230, Khesra No.1430 measuring an area 3 dhurs and further allegation is that by trick they had obtained thumb impression on plain paper and to take out the original certified copy from the office . Looking to the entire facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
