The petitioners, namely, Dharam Yadav, Ganesh Yadav and Krit Yadav, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 147, 149, 152, 341, 323, 353, 333, 337, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are, of course, named in the F.I.R. Omnibus and general allegations of pelting stones and causing injury to police personnel and damaging the vehicle of the police have been made against the petitioners and others. It is submitted that similarly situated 10 other accused persons, namely, Arvind Kumar Yadav @ Arvind Yadav and others have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52257/2015. The case of the petitioners stands on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51841 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 2/2 similar footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Sare P.S. Case No. 63/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
