The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.07.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30348 of 2017 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Trial No. 1580 of 2017, arising out of Complaint Case No. 99 of 2016, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M. IX, Vaishali at Hajipur, to the effect that in the aforesaid order, on the top, in the address of the petitioner, resident of village should be read as 'Beratia' in place of 'Sirsa Veeran' and P.S. should be read as 'Belsar' in place of' 'Lalganj'.

Accordingly, in the order dated 13.07.2017, passed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38897 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 30348 of 2017, at the top, in the address of the petitioner, resident of village be read as 'Beratia' in place of 'Sirsa Veeran' and P.S. be read as 'Belsar' in place of 'Lalganj'. And the petitioner is granted further six weeks' time for surrendering him in the court below from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

The order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30348 of 2017 is modified to the effect as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed. U.K./- (Sudhir Singh, J) U T
