JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 406, 420, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that Dularchand Rai usurped money sent by the husband of the informant from abroad on the pretext of purchasing land for him. Subsequently, when the informant's husband came, Dularchand Rai took him on motorcycle, whereafter her husband was found dead and murdered. The informant has doubted the involvement of this petitioner, as he happens to be the son of Dularchand Rai. Having regard to the fact that the main allegation is against Dularchand Rai, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
