2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now so far as the prayer made in writ petition is/ are concerned with the passage of time, the same has become infructuous.
3. The only submission he has made that for the period he has worked, payment should be made. He has taken this Court to letter no. 1348 dated 06.11.2019 (Annexure -B/1) which is part of the counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent no. 1 to show that due to fund crunch, some payment was not made.
4. The said letter is of 2019. If the payment has still

5. Petitioner to represent before the concerned Block Development Officer, Kursaila (Katihar) with the order within a period of four weeks from today and in that case he will be taking appropriate steps, passing an order/clearing the dues, as admitted in his office letter no. 1348 dated 06.11.2019 within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
