That this is an application on behalf of the above named petitioner to issue an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) commanding thus directing thereby to the Respondent(s) 1st party particularly, the Respondent no.- 5, the Circle Officer, Katrisarai, Nalanda to remove encroachment from the P.C.C. road as the Respondent 2nd party have laid down brick-wall over the P.C.C. public road, thus has blocked passage of the house of the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.5, i.e. the Circle Officer, Katrisarai, DistrictNalanda for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
3. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
4. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, before the Circle Officer, Katrisarai, District-Nalanda, within a period of four weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Katrisarai, DistrictNalanda, shall consider the same and take appropriate steps, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, forthwith.
5. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
