The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kunauli P.S. case No. 24 of 2016 under Section 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, Branch Manager of the bank, alleged that the petitioner, who was posted as clerk in the branch of State Bank of India, withdrew Rs. 26,000/- from savings account No. 3084294439 on 22.01.2016 and Rs. 20,000/- from account No. 11891461881 on 22.02.2016 using his ID. No. 5996651. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to mistake the money was withdrawn and petitioner has already deposited the entire amount in the savings bank account of account holders from which the money was withdrawn. Considering the fact that due to fault of the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29856 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 the money was withdrawn and he has already deposited the entire amount, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. K. Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul in Kunauli P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
