Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State in virtual Court. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,379,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Co-accused-Shivji Rai is alleged to have caused injury at the head of the informant with iron rod. Liquor was not recovered from the Hut of the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. No.26669 of 2020(2) dt.06-11-2020 2/2 thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Dariyapur P.S.Case No.470 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court , failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
