Excise Saharsa dated 08.07.2020 U/s 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Excise Department Case No. 62/2020 corresponding to Special (Excise) Case No. 255/2020 was registered.

B. For a direction to respondents not to put the aforesaid motorcycle on auction sale during pendency of this writ petitioner.
