Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 50 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 323, 341, 354B. 324, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27001 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 this case. There is case and counter case between the parties as is evident from Annexure-2.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistate I, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 50 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
