Learned counsel for the Rajendra Agricultural University, PUSA (hereinafter referred to as "the University") submits that in the fresh vacancy/ advertisement for appointment, the petitioner can be considered under handicapped category, if he fulfills the prescribed criteria. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to make application, as and when the vacancy for the post of Field Man or any other equivalent post is
