The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 312 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B), 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have fired hitting the father of the informant in his abdomen who died. Considering the fact that the petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the
