JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- " (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for providing Security Guard to the petitioner, whereas as per the decision of the Security Committee Meeting dated 20.06.2014 presided over by the District Magistrate, Saharsa, recommended to grant a Bodyguard to the petitioner, subsequently, provided Guard to the petitioner and without any cause and reason or information, returned back the Bodyguard from the petitioner, thereafter petitioner has requested orally and

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
