The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 323, 332, 341, 504, 283 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was among the 300-400 people, who were raising slogan against the police and blocked the road causing law and order situation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was among the 300-400 people involved in blocking the road, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from the date of communication of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26756 of 2020(2) dt.06-11-2020 2/2 order, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
