JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2024 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 24.09.2020 passed in CWJC No. 21929 of 2019, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that the District Magistrate, Patna has already passed the final order in the pending departmental proceeding on 13.02.2021, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been dismissed from service. 2.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already challenged the

Patna High Court MJC No.1249 of 2021(3) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 aforesaid order dated 13.02.2021, by filing a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 11547 of 2023, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to prosecute the same. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
