2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 336 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with a khanti.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that there is a land dispute between the parties and both the parties are agnates. The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27044 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 336 of 2022.
