2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19706 of 2024 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. case No. 167 of 2023 to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in which in the cause title of the order, wrong name of village and P.S. of the petitioner was mentioned.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently village and police station of the petitioner was wrongly typed as village Katahiya, P.S.- Lauriya in place of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32755 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 Village Dukhichhapar, Police Station-Gopalpur and as such the same appeared in the cause title of aforesaid order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19706 of 2024. The petitioner submits that the petitioner is resident of Village Dukhichhapar, Police Station-Gopalpur, District- West Champaran.

4. From perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioner is correct in his submission.

5. Let the words "Resident of village-Katahiya, P.S.- Lauriya, District- West Champaran" in the cause title of order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19706 of 2024 be corrected to be read as "Resident of village-Dukhichhapar, P.S.- Gopalpur, District- West Champaran".

6. The order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19706 of 2024 is modified/clarified to the extent indicated above.

7. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed.
