Arora, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant, prays for permission to put his signature on the Interlocutory Application (I.A. No. 2253 of 2015). Mr. Rajiv Nayan Singh, learned Counsel who has appeared for the sole respondent, has also prayed to put his signature on the said Interlocutory Application.

It transpires from the record that Mr. Sanjay Singh, Advocate, has also appeared on behalf of the sole respondent. Learned Counsel for the appellant and the respondent have jointly submitted that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court and have filed the Interlocutory Application (I.A. No. 2253 of 2015)stating the aforesaid fact and the terms of settlement. In view of the aforesaid facts and submissions, Mr. J. S.

Patna High Court SA No.582 of 2011 (7) dt.03-07-2015 Arora, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr. Rajiv Nayan Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the sole respondent are permitted to put their signature on the Interlocutory Application (I.A. No. 2253 of 2015) just now.

This appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise as contained in the aforesaid Interlocutory Application (I.A. No. 2253 of 2015) which shall form part of the decree.

Let the decree be accordingly prepared.
