Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 24.01.2023, in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 23 of 2021 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 59 of 2021, F.I.R. dated 27.05.2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 04 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the bail petition, the petitioner has been acquitted from the charges as alleged in the F.I.R. and hence the petition has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.
