Annexure-A to the show cause filed on behalf of opposite parties goes to show that a reasoned order has been passed by the competent authority as directed by this Court vide order dated 21.08.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12024 of 2010. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this contempt petition may be disposed of giving liberty to petitioner to challenge the order dated 19.02.2015 passed by competent authority before appropriate forum.
