JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2023 The respondents have filed a counter affidavit stating that the petitioner was appointed after superannuation on fixed honorarium and his service was dispensed with effect from 07.03.2013 as he was absent from duty. Thus, he has only worked on contract basis from 07.02.2011 up to 06.03.2013. Since it is a contractual appointment, the respondents are obliged to pay the amount to the petitioner for the period he has worked. That amount shall be computed and released.
