10.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is a woman as well as the so called allegation against her, it seems that she has been roped in this case along with her family members. So far as allegation with regard to the SC / ST Act is concerned, it is more made than made out.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with SC /

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52668 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 ST (Harijan) Gaya P. S. Case No. 57 of 2012, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
