The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Keoti P.S. Case No.94 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 295(A), 153(A) and 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged that abuses have been hurled by the petitioner and other side also used to abuse to vitiate peaceful atmosphere between two communities. First Information Report has been lodged making specific allegation about the behaviour of the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40478 of 2017 (3) dt.21-09-2017 prayer for bail is rejected.
