2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Waris Nagar P.S. Case No. 210 of 2025, instituted under Sections 137(2), 140(3) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner came at the house of the informant and told her son Sanjeet Kumar to accompany them to a dance party who went with them but he did not return back to home.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24156 of 2026(2) dt.17-04-2026 2/3 petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Son of the informant is in the habit of running away from his home without informing his parents and on suspicion informant named the petitioner in this case. When the informant realized her fault, she filed a compromise petition before the Court concerned. Certified copy of the same has been filed on the record. It is alleged that the alleged incident took place on 20.07.2025, however, F.I.R. was filed on 06.08.2025 without any plausible explanation. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned counsel for the informant conceded the said fact stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to misunderstanding informant has named the petitioner in this case.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submission of learned counsel for the parties and clean antecedent of the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate IInd Class,
