2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 79, 303(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 11.09.2024, while the informant and her daughter were transplanting Rahad in their field, this petitioner along with other co-accused came and abused them and on protest, co-accused Ankit Kumar assaulted them with Khanti and thereafter, other F.I.R. named accused persons, variously armed, came there and on the order of coaccused Sanju Devi, they assaulted informant and her daughter. It is further alleged that Sanju Devi snatched gold chain from the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25156 of 2025(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 alleged incident occurred on account of land dispute, in which, both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Petitioner claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Kauakole P.S. Case No. 313 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
