2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 179 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 140(2), 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the victim was said to have been kidnapped by unknown criminals. The victim has named the co-accused persons, namely, Basuki, Magho Paswan and Rajeev Kumar after having been recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He submits that co-accused persons, namely, Magho Paswan and Rajeev Kumar have been granted privilege of bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner is in custody since

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Ist Class, Uda-Kishunganj, (Madhepura)/concerned Court below in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 179 of 2024.
