The present writ petition is in relation to a dispute under the Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956, which is a scheduled Act under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

Since the Bihar Land Tribunal constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 is already functioning, the court considers that this dispute can well be adjudicated by the Bihar Land Tribunal.

Accordingly, in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12068 of 2011 (4) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U
